JK Lab Nordic and BergmanLabora become one company!

 

For information to all our customers, on Friday, July 1, the listed company AddLife acquired all shares in JK Lab Nordic AB.

The idea with this is that JK Lab Nordic and BergmanLabora will merge in the autumn of 2022 into a joint company under the name BergmanLabora. With this merger, we will be a larger company in the Nordic market with about 25 employees which will strengthen all functions in our company including service, sales, and support.

BergmanLabora AB is one of the leading suppliers to the Swedish laboratory market. They provide instruments from the world’s leading manufacturer of microscopes, analysis, and measuring instruments.

With this merger, we strengthen both our competence and our resources regarding microscopes and image analysis.

Contact

Our business will go on as usual under the name JK LAB Nordic until the merge has been completed. Sales, deliveries, accredited calibrations, and everything else that affects the business continues as before. There is no changes regarding contact information and you keep your contact persons.
